Pollinator Week Bioblitz Competition!

Pollinator Week

June 20-26th, 2022

Celebrate with the NH Conservation Districts!

An annual opportunity to celebrate pollinators and learn how to support pollinator health in your community!

Participate All Week!

Participate in the statewide bioblitz by recording observations or identifying observations on iNaturalist! The most observations per county wins a prize!

A BioBlitz is an event that focuses on finding and identifying as many species as possible in a specific area over a short period of time, while utilizing the observations and identifications of citizen scientists. Citizen scientists are community members who contribute and support research through the collection of observations, identification, and data! Community members of all skill levels can contribute and learn as citizen scientists!

The Pollinator Week BioBlitz will focus on pollinator identification. It is a great way to contribute to potential research on pollinators in the Granite State, and is a fun, educational, and accessible opportunity for community members to get involved!

Ready to get started?

To participate, simply post observations of pollinators in Strafford County via the iNaturalist app, or make identifications on the app. Participants with the most observations per county will receive a prize!
